Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise has been a author, performer and actress in America for the past forty years. Most famously, she is known for her role as Ginger Grant (in the 60s TV series Gilligan's Island). Her Two's Company musical was the first show she performed in when she made her stage debut. Then, she appeared on Broadway in various performances until 1957 in which Li'l abner was big in the National Theatre. In 1957, she also made her debut album entitled It's Time for Tina. Louise made her debut as a performer in Hollywood in God's Little Acre, a film which was made in 1958. She performed the role of Griselda the main character of the movie. As an undergraduate in Lee Strasberg, she attended the Actors Studio New York. Her next role that she portrayed as Ginger Grant, which CBS hired her with in 1964. Louise was able to balance her career between Broadway TV and Hollywood, portraying more somber roles as opposed to her perception of being a glamour girl. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. The SG-1 series as well as Helen Magnus, but in the last few years she's made a name as a producer on a variety of popular TV shows like Supernatural. She was born in Essex on August 28th 1965 and her family moved to Toronto when she was just three where she subsequently spent growing up and in adolescence. Samantha Carter was chosen in 1997 for the part and has remained to Toronto since then.
